TIME COMMITMENT
Encore is a five-week program, consisting of one session per week, 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.
TUITION COST
Tuition for Encore is $250. Partial scholarships are available. Tuition includes materials, transportation, food and beverages for all sessions.
REGISTRATION INFO
Registration is available year-round for upcoming classes offered in the spring and fall. Class size is limited and filled in order of the registration date and receipt of the tuition payment.

The program is tailored for senior leaders who are moving away from full-time careers, who have already retired or are looking to use their experience and skills to find their next purpose or endeavor in serving the community through civic or volunteer involvement.
Encore is a five-week program that includes visits to area non-profit organizations that are working hard to make Knoxville and our region an even better place to live, work and play.
Participants in Encore will strengthen their connection to area leaders and organizations in order to find their post-professional purpose. Graduates may join the Alumni Association to continue with events and programming that includes an ever-expanding network.
