Our Programs

The flagship program helps connect and develop servant leaders to become catalysts for positive change. It’s a 10-month immersive community experience that explores issues and opportunities. 

This six-week series is for people in new roles or new to our region or anyone ready to get involved. Participants make connections while learning about our community and culture.

In partnership with the Jones Center for Leadership and Service at the University of Tennessee, this two-year cohort is for rising junior leaders. It connects participants to change agents and leaders in the Knoxville community.

Rising high school juniors connect with local leaders and develop leadership skills to inspire community involvement as effective leaders. Over 10 months, students attend summer camp, monthly sessions and receive college credit.

This five-week program connects senior leaders moving away from full -time careers with opportunities to make a positive community impact. It can help introduce participants to their next endeavor or purpose.

Connect Knox is a community-centered initiative whose primary purpose is connecting people to people and new ideas, all to build a better Knoxville. Currently, Connect Knox is focused on a Neighboring Movement to encourage everyone in our community to build genuine relationships where they live.
